Working out with Tim Boje has been a life-changing decision for me! He is a fantastic motivator and super knowledgeable. He works with my fitness level and pushes me while keeping my form and focus strong. I am so impressed how much leaner and stronger I feel. I highly recommend Tim and Southern Sculpt Fitness!

I had always been hesitant of getting the help of a trainer but Tim convinced me to give it a shot and it's the best thing I’ve done for my body to date. I have pretty aggressive goals and I’m closer to reaching those goals now than I ever have been. The knowledge and philosophy he carries into every session has opened my eyes and I now look forward to every workout. He pushes me when I need it and knows how to build me up mentally and physically so I'm ready for that push. I recommend Tim and the rest of the crew hands down!

Working with Tim has been such a positive experience. Unlike trainers I have worked with in the past, he is truly committed to helping me keep my fitness goals. We have been at 3 different locations during our sessions and I was able to get a great workout each time (even in a 7x7 ft. office space). He has kept my workouts challenging throughout my differing physical capabilities, including pregnancy. I highly recommend Tim; he makes it almost impossible to find an excuse not to work out because of the way he works within my schedule.

Tim is an excellent instructor. I am stronger, have more energy and my overall health has improved. The structure of the workouts is easy to follow and specifically tailored to my needs. I have a busy schedule, but since he comes to my location it's the perfect solution. Tim's guidance and expertise motivates me during workouts as well as when I am working out on my own. He is mindful of personal limitations and very careful of health issues.  He encourages and pushes me to continue to inch forward toward my goals of good health, endurance, and flexibility. I've been working with Tim for several months, both one-on-one and in group classes and have noticed a real difference in my strength and endurance. Tim is very knowledgable about exercise physiology, metabolism and diet and seems to really enjoy teaching others about it as well. Every one of his workouts is unique and he does a great job tailoring to individual needs whether it be various fitness goals, injury, weaknesses or anything else. If you are looking for a motivational, well knowledgable trainer I would definitely recommend working with Tim.
